We do not sell, trade or share your personal data with third parties. Your animal health records are private to your account only. No other users can access your data.
We use the following third-party services:
Arkive sends local push notifications for vaccination reminders, medication schedules, birthdays and custom field reminders. You can disable notifications at any time in the app's Account settings or in your device's notification settings.
Your data is retained for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.
You can delete individual animals and all their records at any time from within the app.
Arkive is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted data storage, and secure authentication tokens. However no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of Arkive after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
